Responsibilities
- Coordinate all onsite construction daily including subcontractors, vendors, and building inspectors
- Utilise systems and software to drive project and company efficiency
- Work with office management to order and schedule all materials, subcontractors, and vendors throughout project
- Direct daily communication with active personnel on multiple jobsites
- Assure safety and compliance on jobsites
- Work with owners and admins to facilitate weekly management updates and strategy sessions
- Maintain jobsite documents and inspection records
- Communicate with clients regarding budgets, scope changes, and progress
- Deliver each project on-time and within budget
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years residential or commercial construction experience
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite; CRM/PM software experience preferred
- Experienced in critical path scheduling across multiple jobsites
- Knowledge of Kenyan building codes, NCA regulations, and construction methods
- Strong organisational and management skills with supervisory track record
- Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal
- Self-motivated with refined critical thinking and problem-solving ability
